well the cheesiest way is to get a deogen with escape/repel/ghost photo/cleanse/motion sensor objectives

of course u'll be rerolling a bunch of times which could take hours

another is to try to get those objectives, wait a for a hunt, use the paramic to see if u can get a obvious ghost based on speed

When you do the asylum first walk in with a crucifix to make sure that the ghost isn't going to hunt right on top of you you can start with the first hunt by waiting in the office to see if you can hear it with or without parabolic

As for the apocalypse one two or three challenge I always recommend that you find out where the ghost is hope for some good objectives and then you can get a picture if you can identify the Ghost type also by NOT TRYING TO GET THE GHOST ATTENTION TOO EARLY.
You can wait until like the last 8 seconds or so because the smudge last 5 seconds you're pretty much safe that it won't get close enough to you even with its speed

The hardest part for a lot of people with apocalypse is actually trying to roll the perfect objectives and a deo.

If you mean perfect, you don't need a ghost photo if it's not an objective, DOTs is a ghost photo tho, you can fill the rest with 1 bone, 1 cursed object, then interactions after that. Thrown objects, touched doors or switches, or candles good option too.
