A single spike of 4-5 that you know is not associated with an event or a ghost ability (e.g. Polter multithrow) is EMF5 evidence. It can be determined, but people often misread the monitor.

• if third blowout was during a hunt or during smudge timer

Hello, ill make a post if im not lazy, if anyone struggles with micro stuttering while playing Phasmophobia or that weird feeling like ur monitor's hz is lowering, here's sollution.

• FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0 - off (makes the game look weird in certain situations, lower fps by much)
• make sure that ur resolution matches ur px (e.g 1920x1080 etc) AND ur refresh rate (e.g 144hz - just set the same hz as ur monitor)
• go to device manager > microsoft device Association Root Enumerator (at first it was a fix for Elden ring for me - it completely removed stuttering, turned out it worked for phasmo as well)

Just make sure that You re able to reach certain fps for your refresh rate (144hz = 144fps, You can use vsync or not, check urself if that helps :))
One more thing, i messed around in nvidia settings, yes you can try turning on vsync there and change settings to borderless or fulscreen but i personally didn't see any difference)

Can anyone help explain this ghost behavior? I was in Bleasedale, at the time it was just me and one other person in the house. My sanity was at 60%, my friend's was at 50%. So the average should have been above 50%. The ghost burned a crucifix. It was a moroi. How could it have burned a crucifix that early? Are crucifixes burning not bound to sanity like hunts are? Is the sanity on the truck really that inaccurate?

I've twice had a ghost come straight to my hiding spot and find me (not a deogen either time) when I was using a paramic to listen for it. The second time it happened I turned off the paramic as soon it started hunting thinking that was giving me away and it still came straight to me.
