I'd say rev tbh, shades are typically the quiet type and from my experiences, a shade doesn't do a whole lot. And a demon can hunt at any sanity ( I think. Might be wrong ) so maybe a rev but yea check footsteps, if you can, get it to see you and check if it bolts to you

It's awarded when you get the ghost type correct. It's equal to the sum of the rewards of the ghost type and the completed objectives.

So say you get the ghost type and 1 $25 objective completed on a small map. Your Investigation Bonus will be $125 (100 + 25)

The Perfect Investigation Bonus adds an add'l $50 to this. Which is why Perfects are effectively only worth 1 extra objective (25 + 25), despite taking much more time/effort to complete than any single objective.

Forced evidence means it must be that evidence when evidence is possible. If you get evidence that doesnt align with forced, then it cannot be that ghost. Since in nightmare you only get 2 evidence, you will not get a 3rd (unless mimic since thats its tell)

The short version is: look for single jumps of 4-5 on the monitor that you know are not associated with an event or ability. Having a sound sensor or someone in the map can help if you're not sure.

Without a cursed hunt, it’s like a max of 30 seconds for a hunt in tanglewood unless you’ve changed your custom settings. You must’ve missed the time between hunts

Ghost doesn’t “spawn” it’s always there walking around invisible. If your grace period is set to 0 seconds it can easily start hunting directly on top of people

There’s a ton of variables for that - some ghosts are stalker ghosts and will teleport or roam to a player, ghosts can event outside their rooms and wander back, they can just roam in general outside their rooms..
