I have a question. I downloaded phasmophobia on my other Playstation and when i logged into the game. It reset all my stats to zero but I still had my trophies and name cards.

The idea is, you load in and take 1 sanity med so you're now at 80% sanity. So the only ghost that would be able to hunt you is a demon. Open the door and start a 1 minute timer. Run to the back of the map where the monkey paw is and wish for activity, (which is rumored to increase the chance that a ghost uses it's ability). If the timer is up, just quit the match. Rinse and repeat til you get a demon hug.

Also has a chance of showing up as a shadow model when summoned via the summoning circle, the music box, or the monkey paw, for the duration of the ghost event. But do not rely on this to tell it’s a shade, it’s just more likely for a shade.

you can try a smudge timer. if you smudge a demon, it can't hunt for 60 sec. other ghosts (except spirit) are 90 sec.

demons can also generally hunt every 20sec, it's 25sec for other ghosts
