All ghots have a limited interaction range based on where they currently are (plus Twins has an extended range). That range can go through walls. Shades will not perform any interactions when a player is in the same room as them. If the Shade were to leave its room and go somewhere else, yes it could've done interactions away from you.

we know 3 things: 1. Ghosts need to short roam to go into DOTS state. 2. Ghosts entering DOTS state will roam to a player if one is in the room, and 3. Goryo will not enter DOTS state if a player is in the room. Now idk if player's presence can help trigger #1, but if so that would help explain it. Either that or Goryo just doesn't short roam as often, which would also make sense.

Obakes can change ghost models during hunts so you’ll have to keep an eye out for that. They also have a chance to leave UV evidence behind with an extra finger.

Mylings are pretty quiet during hunts. You can slap down a lit flashlight and see if the interference of the light only happens when you hear footsteps

he means that the whole action as "wandering" is blocked, so the ghost in principle cannot give a wandering. Yes, short wandering and dots are connected. But about long ones it is debatable, of course you can check it by putting sensors in neighboring rooms, which are definitely >3m from that room. At some point the ghost may appear in the dots and this will definitely not be a short wandering

Those kinds of things are testable, and things that point to a conclusion rather than definitively give a conclusion. I've done likewise on similar testing with other things. This example of seeing less abilities with events high, I've noticed it similarly myself, so I have my event custom lower

We got 17 bursting events from 100 with Mare. With regular ghost we got 8-9 bursting event which means that mare’s chance doubled.

By double we mean that "standing" events that do NOT sing and can be:

• Red room (8.3%)
• Bursting (8.3%)
• Regular standing (8.3%)

Because regular ghost can do 4 types of ghost events, 100:4 = 25
25:3 = 8.3% for standing event types. Then double this 8.3 and you’ll get that 16.7% chance which is tested with 17 mares bursting events
