Hi I have a question.
I just started a cursed hunt on the camp map in singleplayer and hid in the toilet immediately after burning incense. The hunt seemingly went on for very long - like 5 minutes - before the ghost somehow managed to find me in the toilet stalls hiding spot. Any idea what was going on there? That tactic worked fine plenty of times in the past and I'm properly stumped on this one.
I'm pretty sure I didn't start another hunt as I heard footsteps continuously throughout the hunt, and the light went out at some point too

Alright, I checked in with DK and I got confirmation that yes, the LOS issues are a side effect of the performance changes. It is unintentional and they'll get a fix out when they can.

Listening for ghost interactions is highly recommended, i use the thermometer to find the ghost room with precision.

the best and safest to start is mirror-it shows the ghost room panning around.you just look for a couple seconds and it drains like *15%

Could scan past a floor or room and not hear anything and go wandering for ages and still not hear anything only to realise that the ghost was in the first room you checked.
