The other, sometimes bigger, issue with point hope is that sounds between floors is pretty bad, which is not as easy of a fix I'm sure. But I certainly applaud this step as well.

You can be unlucky. Use the Motion sensors for banshee. If they all go on one after the other and then the same thing happens in reverse, it could be a banshee.

The ghost seems to have a behavior that is chosen randomly. This could be a very inactive young Taiye. Or it could be a very active Shadow.
