Both have specific things, if you want to do it for a banshee then have everyone go into a room that isn't the ghost room and if it comes over it's probably a banshee ( not in hunt ), or a Yurei which when smudged outside of a hunt will be locked in the ghost room for 90 seconds. You can use a motion sensor to check if it leaves

Banshees cannot stalk on different floors unless it's in the basement or point hope

Not too sure if phantom can stalk like normal

Stalking is just the ghost walks directly to your location

Place down 3 motion detectors in a hallway leading to the front door look inside from outside the front door.

Banshee: sets of motion detectors one my one towards player
Phantom: does the same and then sets off EMF 2 signal.
Wraith: EMF signal first and then travels back.

I had a huge feeling it was a goryo within 2 minutes of playing

It only hit one trail of salt from its room, but never went to the other two

Never changed ghost rooms at all either, that basically confirmed it for me but had to double check DOTS through the truck, as I had camped for a bit but no luck

Then I go DOTS, went back inside and sat for 30 seconds flat and there it was
