The probability of success is 1/50 for high priestess and 1/100 for hanged man. The probability of having 3 or more can be thought of as 1 - probability of getting 0, 1, or 2. Then there's a nice formula where you just plugin the probabiltiy of success and failure of a single trial and 10 for the number of total trials and you should get around 1/12k

Goryo you cant directly test. He cannot change rooms and doesnt far roam. Oni is more visible during a hunt (opposite of phantom) and cannot do a specific event

Demons are easy on lower difficulties because of grace period and more hiding spots, and on higher difficulties you may as well just enter with a smudge anyway

Every ghost is dangerous if they catch you with your pants down (except for deogen), demon just has more opportunities to do that

At its core, Phas is really an investigation/detective game with a horror theme. That's what's kept me interested. They don't do typical jumpscares or over the top gore you see in many other games.
