Nope, moroi has los speedup so it'll move faster the longer it sees you. Thaye will age between hunts but it's easier to identify by its lack of los speedup. Revenants are slow as a snail but instantly speed up when they detect a player (sight, sound, or electronics)

Morois are also blinded by a smudge for 7.5s rather than the standard 5s which makes them especially easy to test for

I was gonna suggest to you to set up motion detectors and salt between you and the ghost room, then grab an emf reader.

You can watch the salt and motion sensors to eliminate or confirm wraith. If it's a phantom, when it walks all the way up to you, it'll leave an emf reading at your location. A wraith will teleport and leave that emf reading, meaning it won't trip the motion sensors.

Banshee will roam up to you but will not leave an emf reading.

Basically:
Trips motion sensors, disturbs salt, leaves emf -> Phantom
Trips motion sensors, disturbs salt, no emf -> Banshee
Doesn't trip motion sensors or salt piles but leaves an emf on you and starts going back to its room: -> Wraith
