Because the hunt is after the 3rd blowout. If there's a 4th lit, it acts like a crucifix and resets the blowouts to 0. 😅

There's ~6 seconds it has to roll a hunt after the 3rd blowout. If you relight the candle before it has a chance to roll the hunt, it resets it.

Onryo will hunt after 3 candle blowout after max 10 seconds. If there are multiple candles lit in the room they can also prevent hunts

I got a tip, if you have like Jinn/Goryo left and can't get the dots just wing it with freezing. I did the same on SM:R. It was correct like 19/20 times

or if the last two evidences includes freezing and the other one like writing/dots/emf never shows, wing it with freezing.

you have to be careful, a polty can stack mutiple emf 2s and that can show as emf 5.

But read it as like "hm could be emf5, ill check it as evidence" and when it's like freezing and emf5 left you can get the emf reader and confirm it is emf5.

Those three were very reliable.

Then I went back to the truck to get:

UV
Dots.

By then I usually had the ghost, if EMF and Freezing was left. I tended towards winging it with freezing.
