Every ghost can disturb salt (except for wraith), right after they do you can check with a UV light for footprints, if there’s any it counts as UV evidence

its always best to double check, either with more salt, or by checking some door touches/window knocks and such things.

Double check around, but if you're not seeing ghost orbs you might be confused about it being a mimic
Then again, it could be sneaky ghost orbs, so keep ghost orbs in mind while you test other ghosts and check occasionally

I followed a guide I had found on yt. it helped me immensely (actually it kinda made it too easy)
the biggest help for a ghost photo was in your inventory, have an incense, camera, then another incense. incense the ghost, take photos, then incense it again.

:S I got lucky with a wraith. I figured out it was a wraith bc it was stalk me in the front lobby and not step in salt. I kept crucis near me, called it when I had about 20-30sec left on the hunt, and then got my photo. used the rest of the incense getting it to leave me alone.

it's just a chart that shows ghost activity, if a ghost throws two things close together, the overlap makes the shape of the "twin curve", it's just that the twins are programmed to throw two things close together in time, other ghosts do it randomly and it's not rare for the other ghosts to RNG throw two items close together in time.

it can be friendly ghost with infinite sprint. as long as you get the ghost and you dont die, you get a progress for the badges (lighthouse keeper, asylum and ranger)

if you have t3 yes it will be locked in place. that also means you cannot waddle to a hiding spot without it going to you. you have 5s and 0.8m/s is too slow just to get from point a to point b

yea, you do- but the issue is it isn't anyway near consistent AND it's slow as fuck to do. It's pretty detrimental to nightmares or difficulties that require you to need a quick smudge.
