Yes you can, flashlight is easier because you can see rhe flickering but if you have any other visible electronic disturbance it should work fine

Here's the thing you're not only rolling for that ghost you're also rolling for good objectives so you have to not only get the perfect objectives but that ghost also.
It can be done but it's going to take you a lot of tries you're going to have to keep rolling till you see objectives you can do on the board run in hope it's a deo.
There's a couple of ways to get the ghost picture you have to be slick about it such as smudge then pic, throwing the camera down as soon as you take the picture and then grabbing the other smudge starting to run counting exactly perfect.

Voodoo doll forces an interaction, on smaller maps it can be helpful for instantly finding the ghost room or initiating a hunt whenever you choose! It can also be used for lowering one’s sanity for more activity or to put yourself into natural hunting range.

Okay so I do the apocalypse challenge about once a week I used to do it ritualistically and on different maps but here's the thing you don't only want a hallway or front room ghost you could also identify most of the ghosts with different speeds with the parabolic microphone so if you get a set of good objectives bring in a cruise fix a smudge a lighter and the parabolic microphone go set up in the office the cruise fixes so you don't die right when you walk in and then once the hunt starts if it's not too too close you can use the parabolic microphone to listen to The Hunt speed

A lot of people get it done around 90 or 100 they give it a couple of tries or a bunch of tries until their money runs out some people are extremely lucky and some people get frustrated and move on but I'm going to say there's a lot of luck involved with this one because of that last part especially the ghost photo
