Guys what cursor do you use? By default I use the tiny dot but I have it set to become the hollow circle whenever I can interact with something. I didn’t like the big hollow circle in the center of my screen constantly and I thought the transition from dot to hollow circle was the right mix of noticable without being distracting like if it became a hand. Good method is 3 evidence games, stick around once you know the ghost and observe what they do and use things like the cheat sheet in #fan-creations or #1254568921110024254 to identify special traits and test them out in person

Hmm, but the higher tiers are much better for finding the room, and they update quicker than t1. It also only takes about 1.5 seconds to activate it, so I don't really see it as a downside. In the end it's definitely personal preference and I do see the appeal of the t1

tbh I don't recommend it for anyone unless you're already used to doing full 0ev games on other maps. CWW speedruns only tests a certain subset of skills/knowledge, so people who jump right into it end up with big gaps in their gameplay

Sorry I am so late responding I had something I had to do. Basically if you struggle with that it doesn’t really matter all that much. In general you’re gonna be looking for the 3 pieces of evidence anyway unless you’re doing nightmare or something (which I don’t recommend). I suggest you look up guides or the cheat sheet and just look through it and (this is the thing that helped me the most) try to connect their special abilities to the name somewhat. Ik that sounds confusing but it doesn’t need to make sense to others as long as it makes sense to you. For example hantu kinda sounds like a cold name (I dunno how to explain it but again it only needs to make sense to you) so that ghost is the one with all the cold powers. Or the demon sounds very evil and that’s the aggressive one. The thaye kinda sounds like Fae which never age so it’s kinda inverted (I remember this one because I misheard someone say thaye as fae once). Wraith sounds like an intangible ghost and that one cannot step on salt. Phantom rounds mestirious so that’s the one that blinks for longer and can’t show up in photos. Shade sounds boring and it is boring so that one is easy to remember. Essentially do normal memory tricks and just apply them to ghosts. I only shared the connections one because that’s the specific one I use but you can use whatever you’ve found works for you in daily life.

Also I dislike Moroi’s because of how often I get them mixed up with the Myling (and I also tend to dislike using the parabolic mic). Ik they stalk one specific player and they have a custom scream over parabolic but idk what stalking entails and I still don’t like using the parabolic mic.
