Try flicking a lightswitch, if you cant its hunting, if you can its just an event

Hunts always use the same sound per game, so if you've had one already, it'll use that same sound. And if you're not sure, just assume it's a hunt. Better to run from an event than stand around during a hunt

hantu - freezing because it needs that to go zoooooom
obake - uv for the special fingerprints

Shades can do both those things. Just not in the same room as a player, but events can start in one room and teleport.

Happens to me but not as low, I play on ps5 and it goes down to about 30-40 fps randomly but for short times and rarely on small maps
