Usually by thermo is the best tell whatever is coldest is the ghost room, you find ghost orbs you know exact ghost room or using cursed objects like mirror and such will tell you the exact ghost location

0sec grace periods can be super annoying cause you may not notice it's hunting until it got you already due to it instantly moving to you when it technically was within it's bound rules.
