Twins will be throwing stuff across the house. If it's ghost room is in kitchen, it can throw stuff in a completely different room. The ghost speeds are different, one 10% slower and 10% faster

Normal ghosts will hunt 120 seconds after you've smudged it during hunt. A demon can hunt after 60. 20 second difference

Or just RNG hitting you. You can experience any ghost turning off the light, as soon as you turn it on, if it's just bad RNG.
