Il give some quick tips;

• Restart the challenge to get good objectives. Photo of ghost, incense ghost when chasing someone and escape the ghost are the best ones to get as you will be doing those regardless. Anything like a ghost event, crucifix should just be restarted.
• Carry a camera, smudge and para at all times.
  -Find a room near the ghost room and try to lure it over when it hunts. When it gets close smudge it and snap a bunch of photos then run into the room and close the door while its still smudged
