@outer yew I saw your lfg and that you wanted help with two evidence runs. What I recommend most is learning how ghosts behave and how they act during hunts because almost every ghost is unique. Once you get two evidences the best recommendation is to start crossing off ghosts based on activity and hunt speed. If there is ever a early hunt, hide and make sure to listen out for footsteps as you can get about 5-6 ghosts crossed off just based on speed. I can recommend a perfect sheet called the unofficial Phasmo cheat sheet as you can listen to footsteps on it and even do smudge timers to see if its a demon or spirit. I used this when starting two evidence runs and now I have the entire thing memorised. Hope this helps 🙂

What id say to carry is a parabolic, camera and incense

And also reset if your challenges are not good

You want ones that ideally require no extra equipment and ones that are just easier and quicker like a photo of the ghost wich is required anyways and to repel the ghost with incense as you need to do that anyways

I'm not nearly good enough to do that so I couldn't care less atm but the solution is just make hunts more lethal right. I'm very surprised that I saw the devs acknowledge looping ghosts and then said point hope had intentional looping spots.

Well you see, a ghost event teleports the ghost near the player. So if it was OUTSIDE your room, it can throw stuff in your room(as long as the interaction range allows it) and it can do events

You could hide somewhere when it hunts, and turn on your flashlight if its near. If it sees you, it's probably a yurei. If it doesnt (repeat this a few times), then its probably a yokai. Theyre blind as hell
