Weather is the most nothing wish except for really niche circumstances.
Wishing to see the ghost/ghost was trapped both start hunts which all other cursed objects do.
Wishing for activity breaks the fuse box (not a big deal) but also locks the front door for 2 mins which makes the wish very situational at best.
Wishing for knowledge makes you basically incapable of continuing the contract, so it has to be used when you have a 50/50, and even then it MAY give you the answer.

The only 2 wishes that are worth a single thing in almost every circumstance is revival and wishing to leave.

Not specifically for radio chat, but u can always increase ur in-game vc audio settings. Plus u can increase ur global in-game audio as well
