Yeah. Not every ghost is obvious, but some of them you can identify immediately. Heres some off the top of my head.

Wraith - Cannot step in salt

Obake - Shapeshifts during
hunts

Phantom - Has a longer invisibility period during hunts/chases

Deogen - Very fast when far away. Super slow when close (you cannot hide from it

Revenant - Super slow when you’re hiding. Very fast when it sees you.

Banshee - Can hear it scream on the parabolic mic

Hantu - Has cold breath in cold areas

Mimic - Ghost orbs on zero evidence runs

There's quite a learning curve about a lot of little details that you'll gradually get better at the more you play. It took my friends and I a long time to get to where we are. The tutorial does help, showing you things like that the spirit box only works when the room lights are off.

Video camera and tripod was one that was very hard for us to figure out. Pick up video camera. "Place" on tripod. Pick up tripod using an empty hand. Make sure you don't cycle off of it being your active, primary item until you're ready to place the video/tripod, because it'll drop right where you are.

We've dropped tripods in the truck so many times until we figured that out!

I think a VR person can only have 2 items on their belt at once (it used to be 3) and the notebook/radio are now on your belt whereas before the full release, the radio and notebook used to be behind your head so that you had more room to store equipment on your belt

Can someone explain if banshees are broken. I was doing gold apoc and every ghost was different including ability’s so it screamed mimic to me it even closed the front door which only yurei can do without a hunt yet instead of mimic the game said it’s a banshee

And I got a ghost event for a photo so I thought I was getting my apoc done

front door closes for hunts/event. banshees will roam to player often so events can occur fairly often with a banshee.

not really. you are struggling with money. double money for cruci is worth more considering you have to rebuy them each time they are used and double money before rebuying is super worth
