There is a way to get it better chance

Set the game to 75% sanity start, and turn off the drain. That way only Thaye will hunt. So you shouldn't die at all.

Set your player speed to max sprint, ghost to max speed.

Set monkey paw to always spawn. Use it do force an activity.

That activity can sometimes be the ghosts ability, so chance is if you get a demon you force him to hunt using his ability

This way you will pull games super quick and i think 1 in 4 demons will hunt using their ability

Actually I got the achievement by setting a custom map to setting that I at the time thought would make the game really easy and just give me high rewards. Apon entering the house the sucker started a hunt and I was not aware, ending in me dying. It also happened to be a demon lol

You need to be in hunting range (and when testning for demon or spirit) it's best to be below 50% sanity. You need to hit the ghost during a hunt and start the timer. You can do it out of hunt, but you can't be sure you're hitting the ghost.

How does one test for Myling? Till this day, Myling is the ghost that I can't get a grasp of when it's hunting

Stay in a closet with a flashlight on and if it flickers and u can't hear the footsteps that much. It's a myling

Flashlight wont start flickering before 10 meters, so you will hear the myling just before it starts interfering with electronics.

does this count as an evidence for that or is it just because "it would have been a hunt so EMF 5 is still going through" kinda situation?
