obake: will shape shift during its hunt for one frame every few seconds
Goryo: good luck. it never leaves its room
Jinn: Speeds up when it detects a player like a rev, but slows to standard speed with LOS when it gets closer. Doesnt work if breaker is off or broken. JInn will never turn off a breaker.

sometimes they can be clipping inside of walls or other objects but are pretty much always present in the ghost room if it has orbs
