I've ran Apoc3 on all ghosts with random objectives. Some are a lot easier than others. Some you can finish instantly, some take up to an hour if you don't want to resort to guessing.

People just dont remember that the lights need to be off and you should be the only one in the room is frustrating. Probably because they didn't expect people to try this event because everyone keeps being extremely negative not taking into account this event was practically completed and done by the time the Halloween event was in progress and they can't just completely redo an event in that little time based on the feedback they got. They're gonna make more improvements later but they quite literally didn't have the ability to do it and still release this event in a decent time frame?

i'm really hoping there will be something different as we progress the stages. Like the house lights gets merrier as we go and at stage 3, Krampus does more ghost events or hunts a little more frequently or something. (but at the same time I see my hope shatter XD)
