I would like to report this bug. I wait 4 minutes to use the bow activation, and if I miss the arrow, I lose 4 minutes? can you guys from staff change this to get 100% accuracy on this hit?

little buff --> reduce cd 4min to 3min

cd should be way lower and it shouldnt be enchanting next arrow for extra hmm dmg but just extra instant auto attack or something like that with 100% hit chance

its the only weapon with active ability on rp you can use and its the worst of every active ability in entire medivia also i dont understand why additional sd hit for mage is 4min cd aswell when you have almost free sd every 1 minute on ed new spell

The tool tip description is apparently a suggestion. It fires an arrow whenever the hell it feels like within its buff timer
