I can’t finish mission with 50 fireball rune.
I got 50 rune made by my own

People told me that I can use daily rune or have them with 1-3 charge…..

Position in backpack matters. Make sure they are the first found runes by moving them to the first available slots in your backpack. To be safe, remove any soulbound runes or runes without full charges from your equipment first.
