Bug after buying King outfit | Medivia | Page 1

Today i've noticed two weird bugs after I bought the King outfit :
1st:
I've received 1 medivia coin(non tradeable) after buying it.
2nd:
My "The Rites of Ryleph" quest was reset to mission 1, I had it complete before.
I've tried doing the missions again but then I got stuck to the part where it asks me to kill Piranhas and the NPC says that i've already received the reward, which I did since I had it complete before.

I’m not expecting the bug to be fixed before an update, I’m expecting the damage made to my character to be fixed, which doesn’t require an update
