Transfer to pendulum from eternum or progeny before merge

Great idea, with this merge neutral players who do not participate in war but play in progeny will be forced to stop playing or be killed.
Giving the option to transfer even if to pendulum in pvp is a good choice.
Remember that my ping in pendulum and prog is 60, 70 and in eternum it is 120 making it impossible to play.
