I was mana sitting and 3 random low level pks tried to kill me. I killed them and now have an increased penalty for death in PVP combat. It doesn't seem fair.

My point is that if there is a classification between justified and unjustified kills, there is no reason to have an increased death penalty for those who participated in a justified death.

It's very easy at this point to set someone up to attack them with a weak character, get killed and then kill them with a high level character and make the person have an increased penalty.

I believe this system has become very bad. I think Medivia shouldn't take this path that makes people afraid of killing a pk.

Pvp has always been one of Tibia's biggest differences. This punitive system ends up making the game much less fun.

If I can make a suggestion here, it would be to go back to the old system and remove the dawnlight blessing from pvp deaths. This way, PvP remains as it should be, something that you should be very afraid of and afraid of dying, as the losses would be large, but you wouldn't be as afraid of killing, as happens today.

Honestly, with this type of system, if I see a pk attacking me, at his lv 150, at my lv 500, I would simply run away. This is not fun.

i had a situation where some low lvl chars got killed by pk and i diden´t help couse of this death penalty thing. Guys if you read this im sorry 😦

I think this system is good, as Brian said finally the makers war is kinda gone, so far at least. If they decrease the death penalty for justified kills then the skull bashing shit would start all over again just to dodge the increased penalty.

I have had 0 problems with this on Legacy too, seems fine to me. It's only pvp deaths anyway so doesnt matter "a lot" unless you pvp.

yeah imagine someone tries to take u out from a spawn and u will simply leave beacuse he is just pk? and if u can kill him why can't I just fight back? thats super unfair.

mortals arent rich as much as for buying all runes we use neither for fluiding them, war makers maybe dissappeared but runemaking with a main is sometimes imposible either, i dont see the point of that.

the point would be that the person that have killed u recieve the penality and if u fight back and u kill him while he is with white skull, he looses x3, not the one who is defending himself

so if you have makers doing runes on pvp server you just have to accept that if some troll is bored he will come to you afking and kill you whenever he wants, how many times he wants
if you kill him once you will get penalty for 7 days

if you hunt somewhere and 3-4 guys come for you with noobchars, they ATTACK YOU first, they all have white/red skulls and you DEFEND yourself you still get pentalty

but if you are at war it SOLVES noobchars problem. Can someone explain to me how? You just stay near boats with 30 noobchars and attack ONLY those enemies who have white/red skull to not get pentalty? or after first day of "noobwars" all characters have pentalty applied because they attacked someone who died?
