Improve the Dummy Scroll Description regarding Aggro

Hello, based on recent changes that Dummy scroll will always prioritize summoner for shielding, I think it's important to communicate that to players to avoid confusion.

From what I've noticed:

• If summoner of the dummy is online, even if ithe player is out of the screen and reach of the dummy, the dummy will NEVER attack another player. Even if the player is like miles away.
• If the summoner of the dummy is offline, then it attacks randomly and aggro can be reset or changed. (same as prior to the changes)

Ofc I'm assuming the points above are as per Dev's expectation, but it's possible that is a bug if it's not intended.
But for example, assuming a guild leader puts a dummy everyday for his guild and the guild leader is online, it seems that no one else will get blocking progress?

Seems that some of the above points is not true, not entirely sure exactly how sometimes the shielding on the dummy gets lost. will try to record next time

Just right click the dummy and enable retarget

Dummy target now automatically targets player who used the dummy scroll. This can be disabled in popup menu.
