yes but its easier to just use all ROP you have 1x real quick just after refilling them. That's what I do

I know the mechanism behind it and I know the workaround. It doesn't change the fact this is a minor bug that some day could be fixed.

Make it single ID like any other ring (I assume) or make the npc give you the ring that is already used for a second. Cheap and easy to implement fix.

Are you Iryont's scrum master? We are customers that paid for the product. Its not your job to advocate for them or to tell them how to do their job. It's them, not you, to prioritatize and decide which bugs are to be fixed.

Eldrin: Sorry we had to delay it because one player is crying about Ring of Purity and won't take two seconds to equip and take it off again, so we had to rework the code of partly recharging the ring and then tested the code to make sure it was working correctly and not creating any bugs, while also trying to figure out how to recharge the ring as it also gives a new item ID when recharged.
This just shows how simple minded you are, you don't even understand the work that goes into changes like this or how it affects other lines of code in the game.

Brand-new ring of purity doesn't have a different ID. An active one (with sparkles) does have different ID. At the beginning all the rings are brand new and equipping them works fine, even if they are slightly used.
Make sure your hotkey is assigned to non-active ring.

I don't know what kind of rings are you using. Possibly the ones created with gamemaster privileges. If you get recharged ring from Ebbe you cannot equip it immediately. This is not only "my hotkeys" issue but also confirmed by others in this discussion.
