That is currently intended, the minimum available targets must be higher than 4. Target cannot be a blocker or already being "tortured". It may change though.
instead, game should check if there is at least two non-tortured people before executing mechanic. The way things currently are, it's completely nonviable to hunt this place with less than 6 people.
why do you say is non viable? π it's super easy as 5 trust me, 2 ek 3 rp and you go with your hunt. Lemme add that even with just 3 shooters, we lured the place enough so that we had to wait for resp anyway π
It's just bad, because if you don't get people in wheels, you can't take the dark torturers away from smacking the other knight. As 4 they can deal a fairly large amount of damage, easily doable, but more annoying than the mechanic working normally
Hmm idk. For me doing it with mechanic is far more annoying. Not even mentioning when we went as 6 it also wasn't working properly. Cause just one person was getting pulled and there was no way to get him back. He had to wait till one shot mechanic.
Not having to worry about this mechanic makes it far easier to kill the boss in general. You just shoot gfb and sd. And knight is getting hit for like 3k a turn blocking dt which isn't that crazy considering it's late game boss.
If it's not intended though it should get changed

Yeah maybe if you go somewhere 4 ms no knight it's too hard. That's why you use brain while playing. This shit drops for knights and it's easier to hunt with 2 knights 3 shooters. Where is the problem?
As I said, if it's not intended it should get changed but Eldrin said it is so where is the problem?
Also if you kill Kruzgog in time when he cast this "UE" spell, next kills no one gets put on a wheel , if you have 6 or more people.

signature mechanic of this seal basically doesnt work if there is 5 or less people. I'm being told it has problems when there is more than 6 people too. I dont know man, thats questionable design if you ask me. I'm not coming back there until its changed. It's just stupid right now to tank all these mobs without mechanic.
@polar lake when can we expect a fix? It doesn't make much sense for that particular seal to be huntable with min 6+ ppl, whereas the other seals are no problem whatsoever with 3 or 4 players
It makes sense how it is now. We just tested it and it's doable in 5 (just requires some IQ) it would be much harder with mechanic turned on.Also 4 people + mechanic I don't even imagine it.

I have a feeling nobody here understands how wheel mechanic works or ppl are trolling.
I mean, not getting wheel makes it harder in almost every scenario. Doable, but worse. I suppose it might change depending on setup.
Everyone understands how it works π you can either take 6 people use the mechanic to trap DT's and not care about them anymore, or you can take 2 knight,1 of them take DT's and the rest of the team doesnt care about mechanics, using hooks (even having hooks). Just spam gfb/sd and avoid one shot
Loot from this seal is a joke
maybe with working mechanic waste wouldnt be this massive
with average loot from boss which is 15k I doubt
Boss drop top tier item so i think u can expect some waste when no drop, it's normal
It's not normal because other seals you get maximum 50k waste each player and for example on plag 150k profit
well tbh that's what is not normal to me i mean following the logic (if something like that still exist) all seals must be waste because the item must be the reward, but ok it's just a matter of tastes i guess
Edit, i'm not saying such a waste which brings u into the bankrupt on the first try, but slightly waste

Not gonna talk much about loot since I play 3x. But we can all agree I think, the BiS item should be rewarding enough. Without the need of profit from conventional items

Loot from seals is too good after vocation rework if anything. They all used to be big waste but profit from items would compensate it. Now seals is money printing
Yes now that Dog Follower has made extreme profits from hunting Seals, he now advocates for nerfing them to further divide the rich from the poor
agree that it should be normal to waste in seals. I dont see a problem.
can we now focus on making sure that mechanic that defines entire boss fight working properly regardless of team composition? As long as one person is free, mechanic should work.
after yesterdays hunt on kruzgog from my perspective final boss fight is easier as 5 than 6. for sure much less to do and easier to focus on kruzgog mechanics and then its really chill like on plagoran. there is nothing to fix just learn seal and use brain to do it properly
i wouldnt change anything with mechanics on this seal
more frustrating on whole seal are parts with puzzle mechanics, they are not so hard after few tries but slowing hunt and they are just annoying (maybe just because all other seals dont have any puzzle mechanic π€)
and about the loot if u compare prison seal vs library (also norae, plagoran or skulls) then there is big gap with loot. ofc on library most loot based from mini-bosses which have insane loot but in average if we compare prison seal to others then this seal is generating biggest waste with big gap or we were super unlucky during 6h hunt π€
if those monsters like Corruptors, Dreadlords can drop also their rares like umbral boots etc then its understandable why there is shit loot but maybe kruzgog should have little bigger chance to drop forgotten souls atleast or maybe other seals are too profitable π
can you elaborate how is having 2 knights tanking boss and summons with 3 shooters easier in any way than having 1 knight tanking just boss and 4 shooters killing the same boss with working mechanic?
secondary ek is not needed and as i said above its fight like on regular seal. ek + shooters and u killing it easier than as 6 ppl

even with 1 ek its still as efficient as with working mechanic. its literally the same thing in that case.
i see that now its looks like in other game when u cant pass any stage of game then u are getting frustrated but if others did without any bug abuse and as a normal fight and its rly easier then why u say we ignore mechanics etc if u dont even know how we doing it
i dont want to talk about it more cause there is no reason i just said that this final boss fight is same like other regular seal and there is no needed second ek or ignoring mechanics casue someone have big lvl or something
my opinion is that there is no needed changes with this boss fight thats all. anyway Eldrin will do what he thinks is fine. if he change it somehow - ok, if he leave it how it is - ok.
