This corner to the south of my character is not usable in my house, pretty frustrating because the other corners are the exact same in design but can still be used. I can't finish the symmetry of my decor....

Wtf why is this even trashable? Take all other houses without a roof on the top floor like in garro or lucindel - it is not possible to trash them, so why this boat is different?

Thankfully it hasn't been to much of a major deal for me, happened a couple times that my house was trashed. Also don't keep parcel as food container in door, people can cheese it out of the doorway.
But I also keep the black pearl very nicely decorated so might be why nobody trashes it
