There are no plans to make these items sellable. Dark grims are already a very good hunting zone and does not need an additional buff in terms of a loot.

With druid lvl 330, have more chances to die in there than getting nice exp, with the spawn of 3x3 i stopped trying it, I mean, stairhoping is not a good way to have a nice hunt.
But meh, if you say so, is ok.

I never said they wouldn't have any usage, there were some plans to include it in a quest in future content. But they will not be sellable.

There are no plans to buff loot of blood witches, so not in the near future. If there would be a need for a buff, then it may be considered.
