For example,

Me as Knight teamhunting Ancient watchers. I don't want to just stand there and heal myself.
I wanna go in with a 2h aswell while not having bloodlust stance active. This way i keep my resistances and use just the same amount of UH's i would use just standing there with a shield but we can kill it quicker this way and safe a BP SD each round.

For the first time I saw a option to use a 2h without bloodlust stance. This makes me attack per 3 seconds.
I don't mind that at all. The problem is that i can't see my own damage really good when the mob is gettting spammed. This results in confusion of timing. I want to go in HIT wait 3 seconds and go in again. I'm simply tanking too much melee dmg this way because I can't time it properly. If i could just see my own dmg.. this mechanic would be great for knights in teamhunts for this stance.

If a 2h weapon has two ways of wielding then 1 way should be defensive. There is no defense if you can't time it right and the mob melee's faster then i do.

Yet i still havent found a good way to use this mechanic, if you can't time it right it's useless at this point. Also switching from 1h to 2h takes an awkward amount of time. So many things to do before you can finally attack a mob your friend already popped. Bloodlust should be activated immediately when switching to a 2h and then make it so when you press a hotkey it goes to uselessmode.

In general I think we all feel like bonobos when it comes to SDing event bosses and stuff like that. We just spam battle because we can't see what and when we shoot. By just changing colour of damage you can.

I know there will be problems with combos and such. But if you make it optional a player is able to choose whether it prefers combo's or just looking at own dmg everybody is happy?

You make it possible to have 10 HPbars in your face, yet i can't see what my hits are sometimes
I just think you can optimize a lot by having this option without touching any other mechanic.
