Pretty much have to be lucky to find the forum when navigating the website.

Button to navigate to forum was intentionally removed. Forum is pretty much now supposed to be used for news threads only.

Proposal system was removed as well. Changelog is available by clicking top news thread, or by clicking "Show more details" under "SHORTLOG" section (above REGISTER button).
