What specifically do you need help with?
I'm looking to improve mostly on defense game w/ a little offense and tech chase game. I find myself usually getting comboed first when trying to approach and my executions aren’t up to par reading rolls. I tend to read my opponent pretty well however screw it up with a move that doesn’t click.

Tips that were given:

Practice the game without wonderwing, you expend wonderwing WAYYY too much because you dont know how to land or whiff punish a lot of moves without it so learning to not use it not only makes it way easier to play the game when you eventually run out of wonderwings but it also makes your banjo more all-around solid

Learn to practice maneuvering around the platforms and study a bit on opponent behavior when youa re above and below a platform and which side of the plats you are on

Learn to use Rising Fair/Bair as Banjo (especially Bair) don't always depend on rising nair and falling nair as that move is not safe, not fast, and not rewarding although it is a very useful move

Offensive Play = Push your win cons on your opponent

Defensive Play = Stop your opponent's win cons from happening

Mixup your ledge timings and don't always go for jump aerial/jump specials from ledge

Play more grounded as both Banjo and DK

Be more comfortable with run up shield when zoning and choose when to play fast and slow

also stop going for those tech checks as DK just go for the simple cargo throw offstage those will be infinitely better in 99% of scenarios
