I would like advice on where to improve what moves or certain thought processes I use in advantage/disadvantage. Advice on good mentality strategies and how to improve my mindset. Any habits would also be appreciated.

When are you typically available?
Usually Thursday or Friday, between 1:30 and 4:45

How long have you been playing the game for?
I've been playing Ultimate for about a year, I learned the game with ZSS. I’ve never entered a tournament and mostly have experience playing online or against friends or casuals.

so like the biggest problem i see in ur disadvantage is, whenever ur getting juggled u don’t really go to ledge at all u just try to go to centre stage, it’s a habit i used to have ngl but getting rid of it is good especially against some characters, like if ur against fox trying to take centre stage from above ur gonna take a lot even if u have flip kick so it’s better to just go to ledge and try to get out of the corner from there

also for ur advantage state i would mainly say for every zss player get heavy practice on sh nair

it’s ur main combo tool from like low to mid percents so having that just makes it so i’m way more scared of u when ur in advantage

cuz if i’m not scared when i’m in disadvantage it’s not gonna be good for you at all

yeah, i feel like the more palus u play the easier it’ll be to navigate around them especially as zss, cuz ur jumping in places and i’m catching them but next time you’ll know the better recovery routes
