need help get better with rats

I just need help with fundies and my and and reads and defense more more because I feel like I've been super stale lately. I've managed to go to a tournament and place in the top 8 but there instances where I kept messing up and try punish in tough spots I shouldn't be going for. I'm usually available on the weekends from 11:00 am - 11 pm
