I went down to wolves in this match, and even though there is a mass hysteria event going on, the flower skin was still entirely visible. It did not revert to the original sicle skin. He bled me out and I was able to give more info than I should have on radio

True, text messages sent via the emote wheel also dont get sent into chat during mass hysteria (some other events cause the emote wheel to get closed when the event starts (i.e. airdrop/thundersnow event)
