no sound from me to anyone and no sound from anyone to me. the game with any voice chat

I believe it's a connection issue during the loading screen. A slight hiccup in your connection can cause this to happen.

Take this from someone who use to experience this so much that he knows kinda how it works now

Yo my voice chat works in xbox party and in other games but i cant talk in project, ive tried fixing audio settings and it doesnt worm

this has happened to me as well today, during my last 2 matches - i lost the voice chat, noone could hear me talking neither i could hear anyone. After the game ended and we jumped back to Lobby, vc was back. But once the game started, I lost the vc again. I was the only one experiencing this

restarting the game will work @snow pollen - and make sure you check if the mic is working or not after restarting and before jumping into a lobby

@scenic steeple right thats a short term solution though.
It happened to me again yesterday and it was the very first match. Mic worked normally in the lobby

Probably a slight hiccup in your internet connection. That seems to be what usually causes that.
