Also I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug. You're probably trying to operate manual signals, no? When you install the Manual Signal Safety Upgrade, you need to make sure all your track switches are set to the correct path first, before the signal can clear the route.
This shouldn't have anything to do with autoblocks.

Yeah normally i use that way but now im building my own map and i can press N but nothing happens.

You will need to purchase stations and autoblocks in play mode, not in build mode. As you can see in build mode, autoblocks don't appear as greyed out/locked, sothere's nothing to purchase
