No, johnny file is overwriting the brain not mixing. What happens is a secondary effdct where the file AI is learning with V thus giving the idea of a merge of ethics

So far on very hard i have, slashed him with a katana, destroyed him with satara shotgun, and hacked his turrets and splashed him with synapse burnout over and over again to kill him

So-so, you could upgrade cyberware through crafting and depending on build you'll be pretty much good to go for all the main content in the game at level 30 or so

It'd be a lot more inconvenient and honestly boring imo
