Set ABS on and it wont autobrake and you dont need to worry about locking up and losing traction, get a half decent track car and practice

class wont matter necessarily. What matters is the installed brakes, weight and distribution of said weight, brake balance and ofc entry speed

that can cause issues, usually you want to swap out tires and suspension to start, ARBs to tune those and brakes

Or look up tunes like you said, check if the suspension and tire compound matches what youre doing and genrally grab something with a decent PI jump so its been upgraded a bit

You need to go to a festival site/house to buy upgrades

from there its the same spot as tuning

there are tons of tutorials for it to get a small idea but if youre unsure download popular tunes and theyll do alright

generally you want the opposite for both.
Generally for road you want a car that sits low, has stiff suspension to stay planted and hard, grippy tires

totally depends on your class, the car, and driving style. theres no one size fits all. my ideal upgrades for a class C for example wont be the same as yours. totally depends on the class and ccar and how you drive. Me personally I only focus on tires, suspension and tuning and dont really touch power unless the car is lacking.

Ideal Upgrades for a "road racer" can be totally different if youre a grip style driverr vs someone who likes a bit of slide vs someone who likes raw power. its all road racing.

Me personally, I'd start with feelinng what the car is stock with NO mods at all, get a feel for it, what you like and dont like. Then work from there. Too slow? Add power. Too slidy? Add better tires, or change the tuning.

What class is the car? What are you trying to build to? What car is it? All depends. If youre building a C class car for example then well speed is always gonna be slow no matter what you toss in it. Fixing your gear ratios is one spot that you can always look for with speed, if you've put in a Sport or rRace transmission.

If youre at the top of B class and it's slow then you might be at the limits of what you can do without throwing more power into it, pushing the class up to A and above. Look at your gearing

The Exige is an R class car, youre in B. You will have to basically chhange every single part on the car to even get close to that, and at most you might just be able to get to S.

The biggest thing with cornering will be slick or semi slick tires, aero (front and rear aero, dump the aero all the way to the Cornering slide) and some good suspension. But even then thats a totally different style of car and you wont get to that level without extgensive mods. You will have a better chance with a car that has more hheadroom for what you want to do. Some cars, like the Time Attack cars will always be that grippy no matter what.

Plus youre in an AWD car, the Exige is RWD. That plays a part in it too.

Unfortunatrely I dont own any of the time attack cars other than the free ones. Im working towards the Exige now but I have the Seierra and Cayman. Those cars, if you do not want to move them out of the class they already are in, you ccan just throw the suspension to its second lowest + tune the aero to full cornering, and it will stay glued to the track provided your inputs as a driver are smooth enough to handle it.

You can make really most cars as fast as your goal though, as long as the car has the headroom for it. There are some time attack tunes available for nearly every car at this point as well, including some really good A and B class time attack style tunes for the exact car you showed. Slower, of course but still really good

I cant tell based on that photo. But even then, that totally depends on the car. Race suspension on any car wont automatically make it grippier. But it gives you more room to work in the tuning menu so YOU can make it grip better. That depends on the car, and you as a driver. I cant tell you what will work from that shot alone.

Buy what works for the car, and work in the tuning menu till you fet the result you like. All the suspension does (besdies lowering or raising ride height) is give you more room to work with in the settings. This is an example of Rally Suspension

Just tossing parts on the car wont fully make it how you want. Sometimes it can, yes, and tthats fine. But for you as a driver to get what you want, you gotta tune.

Look in the auto show, theres a whole category for Formula Drift cars. It's a drifting racing series. All of their cars are S1 and above in the autoshow and are pre tuned for insane drifts.

Yo, im new to fh6, i currently have a 2024 Nissan Nismo GT-R at S1 784. I'm not able to understand the driving, i'm probably doing something wrong. It's very difficult for me to take turns with this car, even at moderate speeds where other cars very easily turn this takes a very long and slow turn and puts me off track, I put full breaks (not E) turn but still it's very very bad and makes me very slow for races. I guess this is called handling, but I need serious help 🙏 I don't know if i should improve the tunings, upgrades, or my driving skills are bad. Please help

the main problem is your skills. If you use full brakes your car will probably start drifting and spinning in a random direction,also GTR is known to have bad handling. Follow the breaking lines in game and break as soon as u see them (even before passing them)

Yes if you slam onto brakes you throw weight transfer to your front which will just throw the car forward. On dirt is amazing to do for turns but on tarmac its suicide. You gotta press lightly and push down gradually to how much brake pressure youll need for a turn.

In difficulty settings turn on braking line. It will help you
