Yea man, I cleared my global cache for the game after a factory reset and it worked.
First I cleared the global cache, then I deleted it factory reset reinstalled the game and then cleared the global cash again restart my headset and then It let me in. Inconvenient to say the least.
Yeah i just have yet to factory reset. But might be worth a shot

Is it the same as clear cache and quit!

Not exactly read my post up above of what I had to go through. It worked for me, but I’m not sure if it’ll work for every headset.
I don't see the point of clearing cache first. Factory resetting your headset wipes absolutely everything.
