Right now you can only revive teammates, if a downed enemy is in range of your revive when you use it, they should be revived. The situations where this could happen are rare but have the potential to be incredibly fun and engaging.

Yeah, we've been talking about this for years. Could be a fun temporary type of thing to see how it goes.
Separate idea: It would also be cool if ghosts could see each other and have other worldly powers and fight each other.

It would be hard to pull off, but if you're desperate it could make the difference. I really think that little things like that would certainly make the game more interesting.
