You can share pictures/videos onto your facebook page as a private post and then drop them in here.

Sometimes the sync doesn’t work for me so if it doesn’t work you can also use google drive.

I've been taking my screenshots using the Quest headset. Once you snap the shots you can find them under the Quest's share button and send it right over to your Meta Quest app.

Once they are on your phone you can share them with whatever photo app you like (for me it is Snapseed). I enhance them there and then they're in my photo app ready to be uploaded to Discord.
