Is crest drain or black mass a better ib set or are they kinda equal?

Black mass is an old ib holding no benefits according to current META
It is for pure fashion collections purpose

But on the other hand crest drain is a good end game ib used for dps

They aren't entirely useless though, and are sought after by supports since it offers shred. But yes dps-wise crest drain is far superior.
