Is it possible to allow players to craft one Force Mod (E) only one time per the limit of an account? Alot of the new players and returning players most likely won't have the ED to purchase them at this time. It would be nice for the players that want better skill expression and creativity in their class instead of just blindly following a meta.

I disagree. The Force Mod (E) be a drop skill make a player to spend ED in the market, and that's is health for the economy of the game. New's players have to understand that. They need to play their weekly's and use this ED gains to buy this things. Things like ice burners and enhancement amulets is just for players who play the in the mid game or end game. It's okay sometimes KOG give a Force mod (E) in events, but craft it's very bad.
f2p players don't have so much items to sell in market, and force mod (E) is one of the few we have.

I think that's okay to KOG give Force Mod (E) in events sometimes, just to make people engage with the game. Force mod (E) can be expensive, but you need just two in your main character. Make ED for buy that can be slowly, but not hard. Just play the game and sell the things you don't need, make your weekly ED quests and play secret. You can drop for playing post tirnog, and you can buy for another player.

Mod E absolutely needs to be MUCH more available for lower players. 700 million ED in this terrible economy just to use every skill of a character is insane, it's like we are back at old times where skill bar B was still locked behind premium item
Especially considering ED gain is VERY unbalanced between higher players and lower (lower players can likely do only the first 2 tiers of Secret Dungeon and only the 10m ED weekly ED quests, instead whales get 2/3 times as much ED thanks to the highest tiers of Secret Dungeons and the better weekly ED quests).
Let's not even talk about how the dungeons that drop Mod E manual are not easily farmable by lower players with everything set-up for power, obviously impossible with an item drop % set-up

I disagree. Mod [E] has a fair drop% in tirnog area, and tirnog area is very easy for a player who play the game for like two months...

Yeah, but I play just four times a week, I do not play tirnog every day. My priority have been playing secrets and solo raids, and play some dailies when I have time, because I have other hobbies and my job. For me three mod [E] is a very high drop, because I played for years and dropped just five clorites 5% since rigomor....
