Hello i’m recently new to CL and I wanna pilot it properly or atleast better than what I currently do, how should I go about sequencing my skills, title swapping between them and consumables/pots I carry and do during raid/s (mainly abyss). TYIA

Are you aiming to play like a support or a DPS? While I don't know enough about the class to be able to give detailed advice, support and DPS CL have very different playstyles so it might be helpful for others to know which one you want to go for.

hi, to answer ur question,

  1. skill sequencing would go like this in abyss raid: galaxias > quasar > serpentarius > quick filler skill (like arcana would work fine here) and repeat. can put down ancient one for more DPS before doing the rotation and upkeep nebula, blue and white horary when possible, press purple horary whenever possible for bosses that have hitboxes like 18-1 part 1.
    skill sequencing changes to galaxias > zodiac > serpentarius > quasar on bosses with hitboxes similar to 18-1 part 2.
    and skill sequencing changes again in 18-4 part 3 to zodiac > serpentarius > galaxias > (if zodiac is on cooldown) quasar. for the other 2 skill sequences, upkeep blue and white horary whenever possible and nebula.
  2. title swapping isnt too complicated since his internal cooldowns are pretty good. switch to guardian of elrianode/freed shadow/concerto and awaken on these titles every 60 seconds during a large DPS window and switch back to your main damage dealing title.
    you can switch to night parade for an extra reset every 25 seconds and back but it isnt completely necessary.
    the setting sun is a useless title for CL, you're better off having guardian of secret closed space title for mana and health management or using versatility title if you know how that title works (but that second title's usefulness is getting patched out soon anyways).
  3. consumables you should carry are definitely fighter potions (for obvious reasons), giant stone apples, your general hp and mp % recovery potions (with good collection and i think guild, a 75% potion heals 100% of your hp and mp). and you can put fighters on auto consume at 119 seconds and stone apples at 29 seconds (assuming that u have upgraded auto consume) otherwise u will have to look at ur buff bar and time those potions manually (especially fighters).
    elixirs can be adaptation elixir (if you're under capped in adaptation or smth), heavenly dessert partys (might have to ask permission from your guild tho) and adaptation giant elixirs (if u have them) but u will have to socket accordingly for the last one.
    also camp buff (the one u get for standing in magmelia) is pretty standard so its fine to use it.
  4. for what u do in raids, it was mostly said in the first point. manabreak upon casting your hyperactive to cancel your animation, and yes, you should be using your hyper pretty much every run so you can guarantee white horary and mystic natal (you can also use hyperactive between stages to cancel animation as well).
    use arcana every so often so u can keep ur party members at 20 aqua stacks (if you're not solo DPSing), upkeeping blue and white horary whenever possible and even yellow horary if you're running with Devi, CeT or any other special resource dependent class. and also making sure to press nebula every 10 seconds if the boss isnt in hyper armour (indicated by the boss having a purple outline). and upkeeping natal chart (120 seconds for mystic, 40 seconds for non mystic)
    doing all this should give you pretty decent attack support whilst you're able to dish out some damage as well.

Celestia has enough internal cooldown to have at least 3 skills off cooldown for him to use

ive tested all of these skills total dmg per minute in these dungeons, and i think a few other CLs on KR have done the same

Like I have stated, during that spam you spam Horary for damage from the Purple one, you have other skills such as Galaxias, Ancient One, Quasar to use

ngl, if you want to wasted most of your time to do Horary Animation Purple just to do small dmg -> that your playstyle I'm don't mind anymore
why it small ? clearly now most Support from Serpy Raid to Doom has Wall not to include their Debuff / Wind Orb / Water Attribute.... even Nebula
how much that 100% Ignore can deal big ?
If better rotate Ancient One - Quarsar - Galax then press Polaris else more dmg then press Zodiac for CD then repeat again LuHmmShimo

If adding purple Horary into your constant rotation is your choice, then it's fine by me

but that is my point for this discussion: that animation time of Horary, 2 hits, and 100% ignore def, you can utilize other skills for same results, if not, more

sorry for late reply, helping ppl in serpentium raid
the original point is damage dealing in abyss raid as celestia, which contains small bosses in certain phases
there used to be a video by some kr celestia player that compares the total dps of the rotations frame by frame but its no longer up (because person privated every video they uploaded)
with wall=48%, incense=15% shred, wind orb=50% shred, and 3 stacks of water=30% shred, i tried to put nebula but ashal wasnt updated so its 15% instead of 18% (from testing on ran raids and everything past this, u can only get 1 stack per 60-90 seconds anyways because of how kog coded the freeze timers on these bosses which is 10% shred instead of 30%) you still gain 8.7% more damage from a skill with 40% defense ignore on it on a boss with 83.9% defense (the defense the boss usually has in doom aporia) and defense ignore does not scale linearly but exponentially. horary is slow, but so is ancient one, yet the rotation i listed uses both
serpentarius (despite it being mediocre on small non wide bosses) still does enough damage and lets you use galaxias off cooldown faster than if you were to just use another skill whilst doing around 5-10% more as well (which was shown in the video that i was talking about before)
you also still have to use a 4 skill rotation even with 35% cdr and mystic natal

if rotation with Ancient One - Galax - Quarsar then press Polaris -> at least first skill in rotation ready to press again
repeat everytime
and yes this is benefit for most Bravery build + solo user
the rotation will cut off if in Raid -> but that if different story / Raid Story -> now only talk about Solo CL gaming

the more Scorpio and HA Proc the more CL dmg getting

you can look for most clip in KR even in Serpy or Doom
they mainly focus about Scorpio proc - HA Dmg - and MSkill Dmg beside skill type (cause is different in 21-5 cause big boss) => that the reason some video KR Peep go Exa DtB Glove
or even older clip - Abyss / Tene Armor era -> Crit Dmg L1 - CL exist because of that reason too

yes Horary Purple 2 hit 100% Ignore and still better if a lot of def shred incoming - if that what you mean
then I still have tons of Scorpio with 50% Ignore from Ancient One

just tried both and:
with purple horary 18-1-1 died in 38 seconds
luminary buff active and your rotation 18-1-1 died in 41 seconds (w/o polaris because i had AC and AV in the party)
can maybe show a video showing both at the same time but that will take a while to make

First of all, why are you testing it out in Abyss when bosses there are squishy enough for you to finish them off within minutes, additionally which is not the current endgame content?

Second of all, whatever the rotation you use, it's up to you. I still stand my point that Purple Horary is not worth spamming as a major dps skill compared to Ancient One because Horary cannot proc Scorpio and Harmony symbol from Luminary, which are the 2 most important sources of Celestia's damage. As @red spade has mentioned above, a lot of Celestia players are using Red Exa damage to boss gloves for him because Scorpio, Harmony and Sirius benefit from it, not bravery/strength damage boost.

Additionally, there is no consistency. Outside of Purple Horary time frame itself, Blue/Yellow/White of course don't provide much damage output like Purple, hence you can't spam Horary and pray Lord Jesus for Purple if it's during the other 3 colors. Correlated to the previous point, Celestia has the most damage output during Luminary, aka guarantee White Horary for a duration of 40 seconds.
